I had a great time visiting the Treorchy RFC as part of WRU Fit, Fed and Fun programme this past Monday! It was fantastic to see everyone enjoying a healthy meal and engaging in fun, physical activities. Huge thanks to the WRU Community and their partners for making such a positive impact during the summer holidays.
