A: The qualifying criteria needs to be amended so that disabled and vulnerable citizens in Wales are not being left behind
A: It wasn’t what route it was in general on how the disabled In Wales are being shafted in retaining their independence

A: Recently the concessionary bus passes for the disabled and the vulnerable in Wales have been stopped and to qualify you have to have an X amount of points in ONE descriptor and not a combination of points in order to qualify for a concessionary disabled bus pass. Whereas to get a disabled Railcard you only need proof of an award letter to qualify. How is this fair these passes were given to disabled people to be independent in society and now having this taken off them is now a barrier
A: I no longer use them as they are so very unreliable
The local service runs a bus every 1 1/2 hours which means a very long wait when the bus regularly doesn’t run.
