Periods don't stop because of the holidays, and no one should have to worry about access to essential period products. My office in Pontypridd has free period products available for those who need them. Pop in or send a message to us privately, and we will make sure to get them to you.

- Heledd Fychan Office – Free Period products available to those who need them via the office or request via email at [email protected].
- Rhondda Cynon Taf Council - If you are an individual in need of Hygiene products or a group looking to receive some stock please contact one of their team or email them on [email protected] . The Council also list all the venues where Period Dignity Products are available via this link
Students requiring Period products over the summer can have them delivered for free directly from the council. Simply contact [email protected] and provide the pupil's name, school, year group, and address to request the free products.
