Race Equality First have launched their Welsh Government–funded opportunity designed to support confident, credible and well prepared future leaders across Wales.
The Representing Wales leadership programme helps participants develop the skills, resilience and insight needed for political and public life.
Whether you're just starting out or already active in a political party, the programme offers sessions tailored to your experience — including Empower workshops focused on leadership presence, confidence and operating effectively in political environments.
They’ll also be inviting experienced political leaders to support participants through mentoring and shadowing.
