I enjoyed meeting 140 year 12 and 13 students from Ysgol Uwchradd Gartholwg in the company of the Senedd education team yesterday.
It was an opportunity to learn more about the Senedd and next year's elections, and their opportunity to decide who will lead our next government by casting their vote for the first time.
I spoke about my life as a Plaid Cymru Member of Parliament, my motivations for becoming a politician and matters of local and national interest to the pupils, including tackling flooding in the area and creating work and training opportunities here in our locality.
Thank you to the pupils for the welcome and the questions.
