Heledd Fychan Canol De Cymru - South Wales Central

This morning, I joined Jodie and Kyle as well as other volunteers from Grief Support Cymru on their sponsored walk from Clydach to Pontypridd.

I was incredibly touched when I first met them at their offices back in September.

The brilliant work they are doing to support people at their time of need follows their own experiences following the tragic death of their baby Dylan.

Grief Support Cymru is a self-funded voluntary lead organisation who support people through bereavement.
