
I have been in direct contact Welsh Water who have now provided further information on the steps it is taking in response to the current boil water notice affecting customers.
They are working closely with local authorities, health boards and community organisations to identify and support vulnerable customers โ including those who may not currently be registered on its Priority Services Register. Residents are also being encouraged to get in touch if they are concerned about a neighbour, friend or relative who may need additional assistance and can contact the emergency helpline on 0800 052 0130
Home deliveries of bottled water will be prioritised for the most vulnerable customers who cannot travel to collection points.
